Eng. Wasike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He is a registered Professional & Consulting Engineer and has more than 10 Years’ experience in Civil/Structural work. He’s one of the founders of the company in 2007 and has been instrumental in steering the company’s growth to success. He’s currently the managing director of the company.
Through EDCONS, Godwin has offered consultancy work to numerous landmark projects ranging from Buildings, roads, bridges, water supply, and sewer reticulation. Carrying out feasibility studies, civil/structural audits, design, detailing and supervision is a regular part of his work. He’s able to give cost effective solutions hands on through various CAD programmes.
Key to Godwin’s success as a leading Engineer has been his ability to listen intently. Effective communication, honesty, and dedication to a high quality product are at the core of Godwin’s business philosophy. These attributes, along with his construction know-how and technical training, have shaped his unique style of engineering design and client relations.
Eng. Waswa Simiyu

Waswa Simiyu has an Honours degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with ten years hands-on experience majorly in design and construction supervision of structural engineering projects. He has played a pivotal role in the successful design and implementation of some Kenya’s vision 2030 projects including the 280MW Olkaria Geothermal Power plant, Expansion of Terminal Facilities at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport as well as diverse projects in the private sector such the Two River Retail Mall East Africa’s largest retail mall.
Waswa is registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya as a professional engineer as well as with the Institute of Engineers of Kenya (IEK) as a corporate member.
His experience and competence in civil and structural engineering encompasses the following:
- Engineering design – Technical assessment, structural modeling, analysis and design
- Documentation – Production and reviewing (QA/QC)
- Co-ordination and liaison with project team and stakeholders
- Construction Supervision
- Project management
Lukorito Timothy Kitangasi

Lukorito has a wide exposure in Construction discipline spanning from Airline facilities, Real estate development, project financing and Projects Management with global exposure to international projects.
Lukorito is a graduate of the Kenya School of Government having undertaken a Strategic Leadership development program (SLDP/71), Holder of MBA in strategic Management, Bsc in International Business Administration, and Higher Diploma in Construction with specialization in Structural Engineering, Diploma in Project Management, Certificate in Environmental Impact Assessment & Audit among others.
His experience and competence in Construction encompasses the following:
