EDCONS (K) LTD was appointed as the sub-consultant to Dar Al Omran to provide comprehensive construction supervision services, including technical review of all design components.
The project covers a total built-up area of approximately 25,000 m² and is intended to replace the existing structures labelled A to J, originally constructed in the 1970s to accommodate UNEP and later UN-Habitat.

Construction supervision of all works, Solar PV Design and Energy modelling for net zero requirements, design and construction supervision of the irrigation system.
