EDCONS (K) LTD was engaged by Kenya Ports Authority, in partnership with Trademark Africa, to deliver comprehensive consulting services for the rehabilitation of Homa Bay, Kendu Bay, and Sena piers along Lake Victoria.

The assignment encompassed detailed technical design, preparation of cost estimates and specifications, tender assistance, and full supervision of construction works. Beyond engineering, EDCONS (K) LTD provided end-to-end project management leadership—developing implementation strategies, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and regulatory frameworks. By embedding risk mitigation, change management, and sustainability principles into every phase, EDCONS ensured timely delivery, budget adherence, and long-term functionality of the rehabilitated infrastructure by providing robust designs.
