Detailed description of project
The development comprised of 10 No. Godowns measuring 36 x 12.0 m on plan and a mezzanine floor occupying half the plinth area. The total Godowns bult up area was ap-proximately 6,315m2, this being phase one of the project. Other features of the project comprised of access roads, storm water drainage, water storage tower, boundary wall, guard house and sewer reticulation.
