Eng. Lilian Ogombo has a Master of Science degree in Energy Studies from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom; and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. She is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 18 years of experience in the Identification, Development, and Successful Implementation of various Energy Projects. She has carried out a number of Feasibility studies, Energy Mapping, Energy Policy Development, Design and Supervision of Energy Projects (both Renewable and Oil & Gas Projects).
Having worked in the Public and Private Sectors, she is credited with driving turnaround, guiding organizations through significant change, and strategically positioning for competitive advantage. She has utilized keen analysis and insights and team approach to drive organization improvements and implementation of best practices.

Eng. Oscar Wafula has a Bachelor of Technology in Civil and Structural Engineering from Moi University (2004) and is currently pursuing a Masters in Civil Engineering and Transportation, at the University of Nairobi.He is a Registered Professional and Consulting Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in multidisciplinary project delivery, having gained experience in the planning and design of urban civil works, infrastructure, highways, aerodromes, industrial infrastructure, and railways including stations, and freight terminals, downstream oil and gas terminals, and depots.
He has successfully led teams and worked with teams through master planning, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, tender process, contract administration, and management. Previously, he worked with GIBB East Africa, HP GAUFF before joining Edcons in 2018.

Eng. Godwin Wasike is a seasoned civil and structural engineer with over two decades of professional experience in the engineering and construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi and is a duly Registered Professional and Consulting Engineer.
As the founding partner and Managing Director of EDCONS (K) Limited, Eng. Wasike has been instrumental in establishing the firm as a reputable multidisciplinary consultancy in Kenya. Under his leadership, the company has maintained a strong reputation for delivering innovative, practical, and client-oriented engineering solutions.
Over the years, he has overseen and contributed to the successful execution of numerous high-profile consultancy projects, providing expertise that balances technical integrity, cost-effectiveness, and sustainable design principles.
Eng. Wasike is also highly skilled in the use of various CAD and engineering design platforms, enabling efficient project coordination and accurate technical documentation. His broad industry knowledge, strategic leadership, and commitment to quality continue to drive EDCONS’ contribution to infrastructure and development projects across the region.
